The machine is configured to perform accurate cleaning of different work piece configurations by using a number of mobile and fixed nozzles. The combination of nozzles is determined by the shape and peculiarities of the piece and/or passage being treated.
Pangborn-designed nozzles optimize the cleaning process. Our in-line and carousel machine versions offer a variety of technical solutions tailored to meet the unique requirements of each customer. The standard machine capacity is up to 300 pcs/h.
The Water & Oil Jacket Machine is also equipped with a special system designed to rotate pieces on one or two axes to evacuate residual abrasives after discharging. Advanced solutions for work piece handling are also available.
The Water & Oil Jacket Machine is often combined with Pangborn’s Gripper Blast Machine for external surface finishing.
