Pangborn, a global leader in surface preparation solutions, appoints Ryan Boardman as Vice President of Operations. In this role, Boardman will lead Pangborn’s manufacturing operations, supply chain performance, quality systems, and equipment project management —strengthening key product and service lines while driving operational excellence across the company.

Ryan brings more than a decade of leadership experience in heavy industrial manufacturing, engineered-to-order (ETO) production, and complex fabrication and repair environments. Throughout his career, he has led end-to-end manufacturing and engineering operations, managed large-scale production operations, multimillion-dollar projects and budgets, and cross-functional manufacturing teams, driving measurable improvements in quality, efficiency, and process optimization.
His expertise in operational excellence, continuous improvement, quality assurance, and industrial engineering aligns closely with Pangborn’s commitment to durable equipment, reliable service, and long-term customer partnerships.
