Surface preparation prior to coating results in a precise coarseness on different substrates such as aluminum, steel, cast iron, as well as cast aluminum for the future application of non-stick coating or ceramic coating. The machine blasts work pieces with 17.7″ (400 mm) maximum diameter and 9.8″ (250 mm) maximum height.
The Pan Blaster Machine is available as a table housing the spindles or with a chain conveyor carrying the spindles. The number of indexed spindles and nozzles is determined according to the required production rate (from 300 to 2000 pcs/h).
Aluminum oxide, metallic shots, or glass beads can be used as blasting media.
