Paolo brings over 20 years of experience in industrial and marine equipment manufacturing companies, with a strong track record of driving profitable and sustainable growth through innovative product and service development, supply chain excellence, and high-performance team building.

As General Manager of Pangborn Europe, Paolo will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Pangborn business in EMEA and Asia-pacific regions. He will work closely with our talented team to ensure that we continue to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers.
Paolo holds a master’s degree in aerospace engineering and is a happy dad, husband, artist, and a passionate ultra-trail runner. His unique perspective and passion for people and business will undoubtedly help our company to achieve new heights of success.
